WAYNE — The $2 bag of books, the highlight of Cary Memorial Library’s semi-annual book sale, will be Saturday, March 17.
The winter book sale is ongoing until March 17 at the Williams House, 14 Old Winthrop Road.
The week-long sale is one of two annual sales, with four rooms filled from floor to ceiling with gently used books as well as DVDs and CDs. Most books, DVDs and CDS are priced at $1 or less.
Sale hours are Monday, March 12, 10 a.m. to noon; Tuesday, March 13, 4 to 6 p.m.; Wednesday, March 14, 2 to 6 p.m.; Thursday, March 15, 4 to 6 p.m.; Saturday, March 17, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., when patrons can buy books for $2 a bag.
All proceeds benefit the Cary Memorial Library.
