Mar. 82018

NORWAY — The Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine is seeking volunteers for its various programs. Located at 199 Main St., the office runs a drop-in center with helpful resources, support groups, wellness programs and creative activities. All programs are free for anyone whose life has been impacted by cancer.

Volunteers are needed to assist with any of the following services — staffing drop in hours, assisting with mailings and phone calls, posting flyers in the community, writing thank-you notes, wig fitting, leading craft activities, journaling or something you enjoy making, marketing activities, computer work and serving on the board of directors.
Anyone wanting to learn more about volunteer opportunities should contact Sherri Otterson at 207-890-0329 or email crcofwm@gmail.com. Volunteer applications are available at www.crcofwm.org or at the center any Thursday or Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
