LEWISTON — The St. Anne Sodality of Holy Family, Prince of Peace Parish will hold a membership meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, in the parish hall.
Doors will be opened at 5:30. Light refreshments will be served by Flo Marquis.
After a brief business meeting and election of officers and counselors, Linn Morin, a certified fitness instructor, will demonstrate how to do senior flex exercises.
Morin is nationally accredited and is a Silver Sneaker/Flex Fitness instructor. She holds classes for balance and strength at SeniorsPlus, Silver Splash at the Health Club & Spa and cardio/circuit and cardio/strength at Mary Jane’s. She has been in Lewiston for over 3 decades as an Aerobic Instructor.
The annual card party will be April 18, with more information to come.
