LEWISTON — Kirk Miklavic has joined Community Health Options as human resources director, Kevin Lewis, CEO, recently announced.
Miklavic’s responsibilities include developing and recommending human resources practices and procedures to support the organization’s development and growth, according to a news release.
He will also be responsible for creating and providing onboarding, education, mentoring and recognition programs.
Before joining Health Options, Kirk was director of human resources for Central Maine Healthcare in Lewiston, a role he filled for 10 years. Prior to that, he was HR director at Fairchild Semiconductor International in South Portland for seven years.
