Democratic congressional candidates to speak in Farmington March 11

FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Democratic Committee will host a meet-and-greet for congressional candidates Jared Golden and Lucas St. Clair, 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 11, at Mallett School, 16 Middle St.
Each candidate has 30 minutes to speak and take questions from the audience.

At FCDC’s February meeting, gubernatorial candidate Janet Mills and congressional candidate Jonathan Fulford were featured, fielding questions on the economy, healthcare and education.
The 46th Annual St. Patrick’s Day pancake breakfast will be held from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday March 17. The breakfast is open to the public and will be attended by local, state, and national candidates. Adults are $10; students and seniors are $7; kids under 8 are free.
The FCDC and the UMF Democrats will co-host a forum for the 2nd Congressional District candidates, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, at Lincoln Auditorium on the University of Maine at Farmington.
