SOUTH PARIS — Superheroes of all ages are invited to unite at the Paris Public Library’s Superhero Party 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb.24, at the Deering Memorial Community Center, 39 Main St.
To hone their villain fighting abilities, participants will make shields, masks and arm cuffs, fight their way through a yarn gauntlet and test their web-shooting skills with silly string.
Spider-man, Wonder Woman and Deadpool plan on attending the event to visit with their fellow superheroes-in-training. The event is free and welcomes all heroes in the greater Oxford Hills community. Heroes may come in costume or in their everyday street identities.
