PHILLIPS – A Disaster Action Team from the American Red Cross of Maine worked with two families – a total of nine people – to ensure that they have food, a safe place to sleep and other essentials following a multi-faily home fire Jan. 14.
In the days after the fire, which happened on Dodge Road, the Red Cross remained in contact with the individual to provide financial assistance and community referrals as they begin to make their road to recovery.
