AUBURN — St. Dominic Academy will hold a middle school information night for incoming and existing middle school students who would like to hear more about the school.
The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, at 6:30 p.m. in the Commons at the school, 121 Gracelawn Road.
Organizers said many students approach middle school with undue stress and anxiety. One key to a positive middle school experience is a thoughtful transition from elementary school. Discussion will focus on the structure of an average day, innovative teaching approaches, expectations for students, and how we prepare students for continued success in high school.
School representatives will also discuss financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
St. Dom’s realizes it is not only important to challenge students but also to do so in a safe and supportive environment, where students can thrive, school officials said.
