Auburn’s TBC welcomes marketing strategist Mitchell

AUBURN –The Brand Collective, a full-service branding and marketing agency, has added Kevin Mitchell as a marketing strategist.

Mitchell graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in new media and a minor in studio art and innovative engineering, according to a news release from TBC. He brings with him extensive branding and advertising experience, working with local, regional and national clients to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, and comes equipped with a background in marketing, account management, social media and design/video production skills, the release said.

“Kevin is a welcome addition to our growing team,” said Jennie Malloy, principal and director of Story at TBC. “He brings complementary and additional skills to the table and his enthusiasm for the work we’re doing in branding and marketing businesses and organizations is contagious.”
Responsible for building and nurturing client and vendor relationships, Mitchell will also be involved in helping to develop successful brand strategies and marketing plans.

“I’m extremely excited to be working with such an incredible group of talented and hard working women with an incredible client base here in the Lewiston-Auburn community,” said Mitchell.

Mitchell previously worked for nine years at Rinck Advertising in Lewiston, where he was account executive/promotions manager and worked closely with Maine McDonald’s Owner/Operator Association, Amtrak Downeaster, Portland Jetport and national brands including Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Land O’ Lakes, and Colman’s Mustard. His work has gained local and national branding and advertising recognition, including over a dozen Golden Arrow Awards from the Maine Public Relations Council, according to TBC.
