Greene’s Morse Library has new movies to lend

GREENE — Take advantage of holiday vacation time and the long winter nights of December and January to catch up on the movies you’ve missed with the DVD collection at Morse Memorial Library, 105 Main St. in Greene Village, just off U.s. Route 202.

Recent movie arrivals at the library include:

“Wonder Woman,” “The Shack,” “Patriots Day,” “The Girl on the Train,” “Jack Reacher: Never Go Back,” “Doctor Strange,” “Guardians of the Galaxy 2,” “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,” “Star Wars: The Force Awakens,” “13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi,” “The Edge of Seventeen,” “Inferno,” “Split,” and “Gifted.”

Also new at the library, “Manchester by the Sea,” “Passengers,” “Assassin’s Creed,” “Moonlight,” “Sully,” “In the Heart of the Sea,” “Jason Bourne,” “Spider-Man: Homecoming” “Snatched,”” A Cure for Wellness,” “The Witch,” “Eddie the Eagle,” “Game of Thrones, Seasons 1-6,” “Sherlock Holmes, Seasons 1-3,” “Moana,” “Trolls,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “The BFG,” “Zootopia,” “Pete’s Dragon,” “Sing,” “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Long Haul,” “Kung Fu Panda 3,” “The Croods,” “The Angry Birds Movie,” “Rock Dog,” “Ice Age 5: Collision Course,” “The Good Dinosaur,” “Finding Dory” and “Storks.”

All services are provided free of charge, except printing and copying at 10 cents per page. Patrons must have a Morse Library card, free to residents of Greene and Leeds, to borrow library materials, request items through interlibrary loan, or use the Overdrive Download Library.

To get a card, stop in and bring proof of address.
Library hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from noon to 7 p.m. ,and Wednesday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For more information, call 207-946-5544.
