TURNER — Fundraising for the annual Leavitt Area High School 2018 Project Graduation is under way, including seeking quality items, vouchers for useful services and cash donations for the annual auction.
The auction will be March 31, and donations will be accepted throughout the winter. It will be held at Leavitt Area High School, 21 Matthews Way.
The goal of Project Graduation is to send the Class of 2018 (128 seniors) to the Alfond Center in Waterville for a chem-free celebration after graduation ceremonies June 10. The committee’s fundraising goal is $18,000.
The all-night event will include swimming, dancing, rock-wall climbing and multiple sport activities organized by G-Force. There are also plans to hire the ever popular hypnotist/magician David Hall, as well as a full night of great food and door prizes.
