LEWISTON — Franco Center Chef John Pulsifer and his staff will be baking homemade pies for people to buy and pick up on the days before Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
There will be a variety of fruit pies, including a variety of apple pies, blueberry, blackberry, cherry, strawberry and more. Soft filling pies include lemon meringue, Boston cream, custards, pumpkin and many others. Pulsifer will also make cream pies, as well as tourtiere (pork pie) and fresh red salmon.
Gluten-free crusts and “no sugar added” fillings are also available for an additional fee. All pies will be made to order and must be paid for at the time of the order. The deadline for ordering is Saturday, Nov. 18 for Thanksgiving pies and Saturday, Dec. 16 for Christmas pies.
