CARRABASSETT VALLEY — The “Tech Guy” will be holding technology troubleshooting sessions Thursdays, Nov. 30 through Dec. 28, at Carrabassett Valley Public Library, 3209 Carrabassett Drive.
Patrick Smith brings 30 years of experience to help people figure out what’s going on with laptops, smart phones and tablets, according to the library. Help will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Library membership is not required.
Andrea DeBiase, library director, has extended an open invitation for area residents to visit the library, set up an email account, and learn about MARVEL — Maine’s virtual library, which provides every resident of Maine with access to a collection of full text and abstracts — as well as become familiar with other aspects of technology.
