BELGRADE – Karen and Stephen Hardy are opening a new wellness center in town — Mind Body Soul Wellness Center at 28 Main St.
The building is under construction, though the business of the center has already begun. The Hardys have been holding various types of healing practices on the site of their wellness center. Stephen, a Reiki master/teacher has held several Reiki classes for various levels of training. Karen, also trained in Reiki, is a licensed mental health clinician and will be offering mindful meditation classes and groups in the coming year.
The couple offer meditations and energy shares. With the new building, there is the opportunity for other practitioners to practice their healing modality while sharing their knowledge and skills with others. The center has openings for those in the healing arts field to utilize the space. The center will officially open in the beginning of December with a grand opening to be scheduled early in 2018.
