NORWAY — Kevin Hancock, author and CEO of Hancock Lumber, spoke to guests at Norway Memorial Library Sept. 21. In his presentation, he talked about his book, ” Not for Sale: Finding Center in the Land of Crazy Horse” and his successive trips to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
He also shared his struggle with spasmodic dysphonia, a vocal condition, and how it led him to try to find his voice (physically and personally).
He included artifacts from his trip, showed a brief, interesting video, and answered questions from the audience. He also sold and signed books for attendees, donating a portion of the proceeds to the library.
