The fourth annual Drive Out Cancer golf tournament organized by the Ladies Golf Association to benefit the Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine was held recently at Norway Country Club. Forty players participated in the 18-hole scramble. Members of the community and area businesses donated money to sponsor the tournament or a golf hole, while others donated items and gift certificates for the silent auction and raffle table. The proceeds, amounting to more than $7,500, will be handed over to the Center in September. (Submitted photo.)
