LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus is offering Medicare Basics seminars in the coming weeks.
The seminars are scheduled for 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, and 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, at SeniorsPlus, 8 Falcon Road.
The seminars will teach the basics and timelines of this complex system; when users need to sign up, various options, and ways to save money. There is no fee to attend the seminar, but preregistration is preferred. For more information, call 1-800-427-1241.
