FARMINGTON — SeniorsPlus will hold a Caregiver Support Group session Tuesday, Sept. 5, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at its new location at 218 Fairbanks Road. This support group is for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, providing an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, and to gain information, support and a friendly ear.
Preregister to attend the support group is not required. The session is free and open to the public. For additional information, call 800-427-1241
SeniorsPlus is a private, non-profit corporation whose mission is to enrich the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. It serves as the local Area Agency on Aging and Aging and Disability Resource Center for Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford Counties, providing a network of support, information, services and resources for older adults and adults with disabilities and their families.
