HARRISON — A fundraising benefit for the Loon Echo Land Trust will be held Friday, Aug. 25, at Paint the Town Studios, 48 Main St., co-sponsored by the trust and artist Karen Schroeder Daniels.
Daniels will lead participants, step-by-step, through an artistic adventure where they will have the chance to create a beautiful work of art based on one of her original paintings from the summit of Bald Pate Mountain. No prior artistic experience or skill is required. The cost for the event is $40 and includes the artwork to take home, beverages and light appetizers.
