TURNER — The Turner Public Library’s Fourth of July Festival on the Green featured a variety of activities, including a community parade, headined by the American Legion Post 111, children’s games, “The World’s Best Strawberry Shortcake,” a book sale, plenty of good food and beverages, provided by local non-profit organizations, and musical performances in the gazebo.
Several children’s games were run on the green as fundraisers for Leavitt Area High School’s upcoming senior class.
