RANGELEY — Each Wednesday evening, adults in the Rangeley area are invited to join together for an hour of conversation about various topics of interest in a relaxed café-style environment from 6 to 7 p.m at Rangeley Free Baptist Church, 3 Lake St.
Beverages and light refreshments will be provided, free of charge.
Each evening, a topic will be introduced, with thought-provoking questions provided to be discussed at each table of four, or occasionally as a large group. Some topics are light and fun, some deal with more difficult, serious issues. Short, interesting video clips dealing with the current topic will be interspersed throughout the evening to provide food for thought.
The topic for Wednesday, July 26 will be “What People Really Think of Christians and Why.” The topic for Aug. 2 is “Body Language: What You Say Before You Say a Word.” The Aug. 9 topic is “Getting Unstuck: Practical Ways to Improve Your Life.”
The public is welcome “just as you are,” thoughts and doubts included. Interested persons should feel free to stop by for one or more conversations. For more information, call Scott at 207-864-2636.
