Turner-area students named to University of Maine dean’s list

ORONO — Students from Greene, Leeds, Turner, Livermore and Livermore Falls are among the 2,303 students named to the University of Maine dean’s list for the spring 2017 semester.

Those named to the list included Callie Greco, Clifford Greco, Nicole Hofacker and Sierra Santomango, all of Greene; Trent Swengel, of Leeds; Jacob Foss, Ben Greenwood and Jacob Sol, all of Livermore; Natalie Goding, of Livermore Falls; and Anthony DeGone, Brianna DeGone, Julia Dillingham, Emma Fournier, Nathanael Goulette, Zachary Goulette, David Hersom, Hannah LaClaire, Noah Lovejoy, Chad Morin, Taylor Ouellette, Emily Shaw and Hannah Varney, all of Turner. Students who made the list completed 12 or more credit hours in the semester and earned a grade point average of 3.5 or higher. Some students have requested that their information not be released, therefore, their names are not included. Of the students who made the dean’s list, 1,727 are from Maine, 533 are from 29 other states and 43 are from 22 countries other than the U.S.
