SOUTH PARIS — SeniorsPlus has announced the Savvy Caregiver 1 training schedule for Oxford county. If you are caring for someone with dementia, this training will help you learn how to take care of yourself, reduce stress and also communicate more easily with your person. This is a six-week workshop, with each session lasting two hours.
The classes begin Thursday, June 22, and run once weekly, same time and place, through July 27, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Department of Health and Human Services activity room, 243 Main St., #6.
