MINOT — The Minot Historical Society heard the annual presentation by the Junior History Club at its monthly meeting on May 9. The club members presented information about the railroad time line, information about Maine trees, a display of corn husk dolls they had made, and recited poetry.
The participants were given gifts of appreciation for their efforts and received much applause from the membership. The society meets at 7 p.m. the second Tuesday of the month at the Minot Municipal Building. All are invited to join. For more information, go to MinotHistoricalSociety.Wordpress.com.
