HEBRON — The Hebron Station Elementary PTO will host a 5k run/walk followed by a cookie bake-off on Sunday, May 7. The 2nd annual Hebron Hawk Trail Run will be on the trails at Hebron Station School. The event begins at 10 a.m. with a fun run for kids 12 and under, immediately followed by the 5k race. The run will be followed by the Hebron Hawk Bake-Off.
“If you feel your homemade cookies are the best, bake two dozen and bring them to the event,” organizers said. Cookies will be judged and there will be prizes for the winners. In addition, there will be a raffle of donated items from local community businesses.
Businesses and organizations are also invited to sponsor the event. Sponsorship levels include $300 or more: company name included as part of the race title and all future materials; $100 or more: company name on a mile marker and at the registration table; $50-$99: company name at registration table; all sponsor names will also be included on the trail map provided at registration. Sponsorships of $100 or more will be highlighted.
