Local bands to play at June 3 fundraiser for Turner’s Fourth of July fireworks

TURNER — Local bands and a dinner buffet will be the highlights of a June 3 fundraiser for the town’s fireworks display. On Saturday, June 3, local bands No Strings Attached and Honey Pot will donate their time and talent to perform at Turner Highlands. The show begins at 7 p.m. and is for those 21 and older only.

Donations will be taken at the door for the fireworks fund, and the event will include a dinner buffet from 5 to 6:30 p.m. that will include chicken Parmesan, linguine, baked fish, salad, rolls and dessert for $15 per person. Call 224-7090 for required reservations for the dinner.
