Annual spring plant and bake sale in Lisbon

LISBON — Lisbon United Methodist Church will hold its Annual Spring Plant and Bake Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saurday May 13, at 14 School St., Lisbon Falls.

“Make-your-own” potted arrangements will be featured again — select your plants and a pot to make a personalized gift or select one ready to go. There will also be handmade garden crafts and decorations. Treat friends and family to some special treats or dessert with homemade pies, cakes and other baked goods. The annual event helps fund the local and regional missions of the church. Plants will be supplied this year by local gardeners and Four Duck Pond Greenhouses of Bowdoin.
