NORWAY — Stephens Memorial Hospital and MaineHealth Learning Resource Center are offering a program titled “Grandparents Raising Grandchildren – Oh My!” focusing on grandparents raising a second set of children at a time when they thought they would be planning their retirement.
Laurie Cavanaugh, CPSP, Regional Parent Support Coordinator, as she discusses specific issues that may be challenging for grandparents today and uncovers ideas and solutions for greater success and less stress.
This class will be held on Wed., March 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Harper Conference Center located in the Ripley Medical Office Building. Registration is required, but there is no cost for this program. For more information or to register, call 743-1562 x 6896.
