Maine’s women’s suffrage author to address Hebron Society Jan. 24

HEBRON — Anne Gass of Gray will speak on her book “Voting Down the Rose” which details her great-grandmother’s efforts, including picketing the White House, to win voting rights in the suffrage campaign, 1914-1920.
