AUBURN — Auditions for V-Day aUbUrn 2017’s “The Vagina Monologues” will be held from 7-8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 8 and Monday, Jan. 9. To request an alternate day or time, contact 207-783-0461 or office@auburnuu.org. This year’s show will be staged Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 25 and 26.
V-Day celebrates the right of women and girls to live free from fear of violence. Proceeds will benefit local partners working against domestic violence.
Audition material will be provided. Monologues will be read, and need not be memorized. Minimal rehearsal with director. Due to adult content, participants must be 16-plus. Only women, or those who identify as females, may audition, but anyone may help out with the production.
