TURNER CENTER — Cynthia Reedy, an enthusiastic lay speaker who occasionally speaks at the Norway and West Parris UU churches, will speak on Jan. 15 about her four-month stay in Morocco last fall as a recipient of a Fulbright Distinguished Award in teaching. She will share her impressions as a UU living in a Muslim country.
On Jan. 22, the Rev Al Boyce, Ph.D., will return. He attended Harvard Divinity School and speaks regularly at UU Congregational and Episcopalian parishes.
On Jan. 29, the guest speaker will be the Rev. Nancee Campbell. She has been a guest minister at churches all over Maine in the years since she retired from parish ministry. She is a member of the Northern Maine Minister’s Association.
The First Universalist Church is on Route 117 in downtown Turner Center.
