GREENE — JKA Maine Karate Academy of Greene held its first belt testing on Oct. 14.

Congratulations to all who tested and changed belts. Results are as follows: Isabella Miller was promoted to eighth kyu, Jonah Luong was promoted to eighth kyu, Islah Shovilin was promoted to eighth kyu, Joe Shovilin was promoted to seventh kyu, Rich Boucher was promoted to third kyu, Tom Osgood was promoted to third kyu and Darryl Farris was promoted to seventh kyu.
