NORWAY – Deborah Jordan has recently accepted the case management director position at Stephens Memorial Hospital, Western Maine Health Senior Vice President of Clinical Services Margaret Burns announced. In her new role, Jordan will ensure consistent delivery of quality, timely and safe patient care, Burns said in a news release.
Jordan has been a nurse since 2002 and is enrolled in the master of science in nursing program at the University of Southern Maine.
“I am excited and honored to join the team as director of care management,” Jordan said. “I hope to ensure improved patient outcomes, safe care transitions and exceptional coordination of care across the health care system.”
In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Her hobbies include hiking, camping and yoga.
