AUBURN — The Auburn Recreation Dept. will hold a spaghetti dinner fundraiser Saturday, June 17, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. to benefit the new seniors center located in Pettengill Park, 48 Pettengill Park Rd. There also will be raffles, 50/50 ticket sales, door prizes and more.
The menu will include spaghetti and meatballs, bread and butter, salad and dessert.; beverages also will be available.
Tickets may be purchased at the Auburn Recreation Dept. The cost for seniors citizens, 55 and older, and children 10 and under, is $5; adults, $6 in advance, $7 at the door. For tickets, call Jan Biron, recreation specialist, at 333-6601, ext. 2108.
All proceeds will benefit the senior center currently under construction in the Pettengill Park complex. The center will be open to all senior citizens in Auburn and the surrounding area for all to enjoy. The center is scheduled to open in September.
