AUBURN — The Auburn Public Library will host Mad Science of Maine at 6 p.m. Monday, June 26, in the Androscoggin Community Room as the library kicks off its 2017 summer reading program.
In “Engineering a Better World,” kids can step into the shoes of an engineer and learn how to design things to make the world a better place. They can explore the engineering fields of mechanical, aeronautical, aerospace, chemical, robotics, civil and renewable energy engineering. Children may also sign up for the summer reading program at the science show.
The program is best for kids ages 4 through 12. For more information, call the library at 333-6640 ext. 3.
