Tri-Town Optimist March Student of the Month announced

The Tri-Town Optimist Club of Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland Regional School Unit 16 Student of the Month for March is Hunter Oehme. Oehme, left, a senior at Poland Regional High School, was selected by staff for his outstanding leadership qualities and his overall positive outlook on life. He is described as a mature, delightful and witty conversationalist who has a genuine compassion for those around him. He approaches each day with an appreciation for the absurdities of life, as well as an inner determination and pride that consistently have a positive impact on others.
