CLT ‘Little Women’ cast announced

AUBURN — Community Little Theater has announced the cast for the musical “Little Women.”
“Little Women” is a musical adaptation of the novel by Louisa May Alcott. Based on Alcott’s life, the story follows the adventures of the March sisters; Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy. Jo dreams of selling her stories for publication, with no success. When her friend, Professor Bhaer, advises her to do better and write more from herself, she begrudgingly takes his advice. Acting on this advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters, bringing the experience of four young women growing up in Civil War America to life.
Cast members include Janelle Raven as Jo, Maria Groover as Amy, Casey Griffin as Beth, Karianna Merrill as Meg, Bee Tyle as Marmee March, Justin Morin as John Brooke, Ethan Rombalski, as Laurie Laurence, L. John Van Norden as Mr. Laurence, Edward Angelo as Professor Bhaer and ,Jennifer Groover as Aunt March.
“Little Women” will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. April 20, 21, 22, 27 28 and 29 and 2:30 p.m. April 23 and 30 at the theater, 30 Academy St.
