CARRABASSETT VALLEY – Carrabassett Valley Public Library has two free movie programs that will continue through the winter.
The Friday Flicks program, which are usually movies for adults, is at 2 p.m. most Fridays, and will continue until further notice.
Saturday Family Friendly Matinees are at 3 p.m. on Feb. 11 and 25, March 11 and 25 and April 8.
The audience is welcome to bring their own snacks.
Because of licensing rules, the library is prohibited from “advertising” the name of the movie, but to find out what’s being shown, call 207-237-3535 – the movie title will be on the library’s messaging.
The movies are shown in the Begin Family Community Room at the library, 3209 Carrabassett Drive.
