Columnist Calder to speak at Oakland library

OAKLAND – Morning Sentinel columnist Amy Calder will speak at the Oakland Public Library at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15.
Calder, a longtime reporter at the Sentinel and author of the weekly Reporting Aside column, has published a book, “Comfort is an Old Barn” (Islandport Press, 2022), which is a compilation of her columns. She will discuss her book, her career and answer questions.
