Free Maine state park ski and snowshoe loan program schedule announced

AUGUSTA – The Maine State Park Ski & Snowshoe Trailers will visit several state parks this winter to loan equipment, free of charge, to park visitors, the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands announced.
The trailer will be at selected parks on scheduled dates from January through March. Availability is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and park admission fees apply.
Parks included in the program are Lake St. George State Park, Liberty; Sebago Lake State Park, Casco; Camden Hills State Park, Camden; Wolfe’s Neck Woods State Park, in Freeport; Mount Blue State Park, Weld; Holbrook Island Sanctuary State Park, Brooksville; Bradbury Mountain State Park, Pownal; Range Pond State Park, Poland; Aroostook State Park, Presque Isle; Cobscook State Park, Edmunds Township; and Lily Bay State Park, Greenville.
