SIDNEY – The town’s second annual Light Up Sidney Christmas Decoration Contest is underway.
Residents must register their residence to participate. Prizes are awarded for first, second and third place. Registration deadline is 4:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19. Register by calling 207-547-3159 or email townoffice@sidneymaine.org
The town is also accepting donations for the prizes, call the above number or email dhersom@sidneymaine.org to donate.
A panel of judges, as yet to be determined, will drive around to all the registered homes to check out the lights, and winners will be announced shortly after.
