BELGRADE — The Belgrade Public Library and Belgrade Historical Society are partnering on “Family Stories: How and Why to Remember and Tell Them,” presented by storyteller Jo Radner via Zoom at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20.
Have you ever sat around a campfire and listened to someone tell a story, or had a family member tell a story that has been handed down through the generations, with maybe a bit of exaggeration?
In this active and interactive program, Radner will share foolproof ways to mine memories and interview relatives for meaningful stories. Participants will practice finding, developing, and telling their own tales.
