Friends of Belgrade Public Library coloring contest is Oct. 8

BELGRADE — The Friends of the Belgrade Public Library are sponsoring a coloring contest to take place during this year’s Harvest Festival.
The contest will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at the Community Center for All Seasons, on Route 27, just south of Belgrade Lakes village.
The contest is open to elementary school children. There will be first and second place prizes awarded to the children in the different age groups. The age groups are: 9-12 years old, 6-8 years old and 5 years old and below. Children may select from different coloring pages.
The winners of the contest will be announced at 2 p.m. Oct. 8.
