AUGUSTA — A new chorus, FairWinds, will be one of the many groups joining the women of Maine-ly Harmony women’s barbershop chorus and the Nor’easters barbershop men’s chorus in their first performance since the beginning of the COVID pandemic at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 17, at South Paris Congregational Church, Augusta.
FairWinds is a combination of both female and male singers.
“Singing Together Again” is a live production that celebrates the return of the choruses to live performances. Maine-ly harmony, based in Augusta, traditionally performs at senior residences, for veterans,and more. The Nor’Easters are based in Brunswick.
Tickets are available at the door, including reduced admission for seniors and those 18 and under.
