Augusta, Waterville, Skowhegan hospice groups holding volunteer training

WATERVILLE — Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area, Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County and Hospice Volunteers of Kennebec Valley are offering a collaborative 25-hour volunteer training for those interested in non medical comfort care for individuals and family members in hospice.
The training will be held in September and October and will take place both via Zoom and in-person. Dates and times will be determined by a survey of interested participants’ availability. Registration is required by Aug. 31.
