BRIDGTON – Sarah Rowe, of Denmark, was recently awarded the Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary 2022 Adult Education Scholarship.
Rowe was presented the $500 award by Rotarian Jesse Walsh as part of the 2022 Lake Region and Fryeburg Area Adult Education graduation program on Tuesday, June 14. Rowe plans to continue her studies at Central Maine Community College, in Auburn, hoping to eventually earn a bachelor’s degree in social sciences.
The award is one of three scholarships given out by the Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary Club each year to students pursuing academic or vocational careers.
