Tri-Town Optimist Students of the Month for May announced

The Tri-Town Optimist Club of Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland has recognized two Poland Regional High Students with Optimist Club Student of the Month awards. Mabel Tyler (above) and Olivia Austin (below), were recognized today as Optimist Students of the Month for May. Tyler is described by teachers as a wonderful, conscientious student who works hard to achieve her full potential but also has a gift for bringing out the best in others. Austin is described by teachers as an amazing student with a stellar work ethic, who always shares a thoughtful, creative perspective on assignments and projects.
