175 years of journalism focus of May 19 Great Falls Forum

LEWISTON — The 2021-22 season of the Great Falls Forum concludes on Thursday, May 19, with a discussion of “175 Years of Recorded History – Through Journalism.
The panel will feature David Chittim, of Androscoggin Historical Society, Steve Collins, State House reporter for the Lewiston Sun Journal and moderator Judith Meyer, executive editor for the Sun Journal, Kennebec Journal and Morning Sentinel.
The forum is free and open to the public, and will take place noon to 1 p.m. virtually, streamed to the Lewiston Public Library Facebook page and via Zoom. The Zoom link will be posted to the ;iibrary website and Facebook before the event.
