NORWAY – Norway Memorial Library is hosting a Zoom program in honor of Irish-American Heritage month as well as launching a new book discussion series that focuses on the 1950s through 1990s.
Maine State Library Genealogy Research Specialist B.J. Jamieson will give research tips on how to trace Irish ancestry from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, via Zoom. The Zoom link for the program is networkmaine.zoom.us/j/82110334833.
The new Decades to Discover: Novels Set in the 1950s-1990s book discussion series will feature four books and meet 3-4 p.m. the first Thursday of the month both in person (masks required) or via Zoom. Visit the library’s website (norwaymemoriallibrary.org) for each month’s zoom link to attend remotely.

March 31: “Revolutionary Road,” by Richard Yates
April 28: “Arcadia,” by Lauren Groff
May 26: “The Lowering Days,” by Jeffrey Brown
June 23: “You Are One of Them,” by Elliott Holt
