Tri-Town Optimist February Student of the Month announced

The Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland Tri-Town Optimist Club has announced that the Regional School Unit 16 Student of the Month for February is Ashley Strout. An eighth grader from Bruce M. Whittier Middle School, Ashley is described by her teacher as a “four leaf clover” kind of student. As president of Student Council, she takes pride in her school and is a natural leader who uses her voice to rally her peers in Student Council and beyond.
